On Beam, Level 4 gymnasts perform a fish pose to front support mount, and then a cartwheel, which can be reversed. Next is a passé half turn on one foot, which again can be reversed.

After the turn, Level 4 gymnasts perform a Stretch Jump + Split Jump combination, with the split jump showing at least 120º leg separation. Next is a handstand, with a reversible entry. After the handstand, Level 4 gymnasts perform a scale to horizontal or higher, held for at least 1 second.

Next, Level 4 gymnasts perform a split leap with at least 120º leg separation. The Level 4 beam dismount is a Cartwheel to Handstand with a 1/4 turn. Both the cartwheel entry and turn can be reversed to either side.

On Bars, Level 4 gymnasts have their choice between mounting with a straddle or glide kip.

Next is a cast to horizontal or higher, then a cast squat-on or sole circle, and a jump to the high bar. Then, Level 4 gymnasts perform a long hang kip before a cast to horizontal into a back hip circle on the high bar.

Next, Level 4 gymnasts perform a series of swings - underswing, counterswing, tap swing, and another counterswing.

For a dismount, Level 4 gymnasts do a tap swing 1/2 turn dismount.

On floor, Level 4 gymnasts start with a Back Walkover, showing at least 150º leg separation. Next is a front tumbling pass including a Front Handspring Step-Out + Cartwheel - both of which are reversible. Then, gymnasts perform a backward roll to handstand, also known as a back extension roll.

Next, Level 4 gymnasts perform a Stretch Jump 1/2 turn (to either direction) before a Leap with at least 120º leg separation followed by a Straddle Jump, also with 120º leg separation. After the straddle jump is a right split and then a full turn (in either direction) in passé position.

For the final tumbling pass Level 4 gymnasts perform a Round-Off (reversible entry) + Back Handspring + Back Handspring.

On vault, Level 4 gymnasts perform a Front Handspring over the vault table set to any manufacturer setting.
