Level 3 Beam

On Beam, Level 3 gymnasts perform a Fish mount to front support and then a Handstand, which can be reversed. Next is a heel snap half turn, which again can be reversed. After the turn, Level 3 gymnasts perform a Stretch Jump + Stretch Jump combination. Next is an Arabesque (leg at least 45º) held for at least 1 second. Next, Level 3 gymnasts perform a split leap with at least 90º leg separation before completing two sharp pivot turns. The Level 3 beam dismount is a Cartwheel to Handstand with a 1/4 turn. Both the cartwheel entry and turn can be reversed to either side.

Level 3 Bars

On Bars, Level 3 gymnasts have their choice between a Glide + Pullover or a kip (straddle kip is allowed). Next is a cast, then a double back hip circle, meaning the gymnast performs two back hip circles in a row. Next, Level 3 gymnasts perform a front hip circle, before a small cast and returning to front support. For a dismount, Level 3 gymnasts do a squat on, then jump off the bar landing on their feet.

Level 3 Floor

On floor, Level 3 gymnasts start with a Handstand (held for 1 second) into a forward roll. The handstand entry is reversible. Next is a sharp pivot turn, before a chassé into a split leap requiring 90º leg separation. Next, Level 3 gymnasts perform a Stretch Jump + Split Jump combination, with the split jump also requiring at least 90º leg separation. The entry into the handstand is reversible on the handstand to Bridge, Back Kickover. The kickover should show at least 120º leg separation. A full split is next before a 1/2 passé turn. Level 3 gymnasts then perform a Backward roll to 45°, lowering into push-up shape. For the last tumbling pass, Level 3 gymnasts perform a Round-Off Back Handspring.
